What data do we process?

  • Account details: full name, e-mail, phone
  • Property details: property name, room and rate details, reservations
  • Guest data: guest and ID details that properties enter into the system. The property is the controller of this data; Innvoria only stores and processes it on the property's behalf.
  • Payment details: only the reference (token) received from the payment provider; the card number is never stored by us
  • Technical records: IP address, sign-in times, activity logs (for security)
  • Questions written to the AI assistant: sent only to generate an answer and not stored by us (see "AI assistant" below)

Why do we process it?

To deliver the service, manage the subscription, issue invoices, provide support, maintain security and meet legal obligations.

Who do we share it with?

Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with suppliers essential to providing the service: the payment institution (iyzico), server/hosting and email delivery providers, and legally authorised public authorities. When you use the AI assistant, your questions are sent to Anthropic (Claude); details below.

AI assistant

When you use the AI assistant in the panel, your question and the few previous messages needed for the answer are sent to Anthropic, PBC (Claude) to generate the answer; this means the data is transferred abroad (USA). Under Anthropic's commercial terms this content is not used to train models.

Conversations are not stored in Innvoria; the history is kept only in that tab of your browser and is deleted when the tab is closed. To prevent abuse, only the number of questions, the date, the user and the processing volume are recorded. The assistant has no access to your property's records; we recommend not writing personal data such as guest identity details to the assistant.

Live support on the website

The live support window at the bottom right of the website is also an AI assistant: the questions you write are sent to Anthropic, PBC (USA) to generate answers. Unlike the panel assistant, these conversations are kept for 30 days so that we can monitor answer quality, and are then deleted automatically. Your IP address is not stored; only an irreversible hash of it is kept in a daily counter to limit abuse.

The name, email and message you send via "Write to our team" or the Support page are stored as a support record so that we can reply, and our reply is delivered to your email through our email sending provider.

Cookies

Only essential cookies are used, to keep your session open. No marketing or tracking cookies are used.

Security

Passwords are stored irreversibly (bcrypt). Every business's data is kept in its own database. Payment card data never enters our system.

Retention period

For as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after the subscription ends. Records subject to a statutory retention obligation (invoices and similar) are kept for the period required by law.
