Data Processed and Purposes

Your identity and contact data are processed in order to establish and perform the agreement, issue invoices, provide customer support, maintain the security of the service and meet legal obligations.

Legal Grounds

Processing is based on KVKK art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract), art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the payment institution (iyzico), server/hosting and email delivery providers, and legally authorised public authorities. When the AI assistant is used in the panel, the questions written to it are transferred to Anthropic, PBC, located abroad (USA), solely to generate an answer; this content is not stored in Innvoria. Questions written in the live support window on the website are also transferred to Anthropic, PBC for the same purpose; these conversations are kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to request that processing be restricted and to claim compensation for damages. You can send your requests to [email protected]; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
