Subscriber: the natural or legal person who creates an account through https://innvoria.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Subscriber's use of the Innvoria hotel management software under a subscription model. The service is software accessed over the internet (SaaS).

3. Service Plans and Fees

PlanMonthly feeYearly fee
Lite$29 / mo + VAT$290 / year + VAT
Plus$59 / mo + VAT$590 / year + VAT
Premium$119 / mo + VAT$1,190 / year + VAT
Ultra$239 / mo + VAT$2,390 / year + VAT

Fees are charged in advance monthly or yearly, according to the billing interval chosen by the Subscriber. The yearly fee equals 10 monthly fees. In case of a price change, the Subscriber is informed by email before the change takes effect and may cancel the subscription if they wish.

4. Free Trial and First Charge

New subscribers receive 14 days of free use once per account and for one property. When the property is set up, the payment card is registered through the secure form of iyzico, a licensed payment institution; no charge is made during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically with the chosen plan and billing interval and the first charge is made. If the Subscriber cancels the subscription before the trial ends, no charge is made to the card; the property closes at the end of the trial and the data is kept for the period in Article 9. If the free period has already been used, a new property is paid from the first period; in case of abuse, no free period is granted.

5. Payment

Payments are taken through the infrastructure of the licensed payment provider iyzico. Your card details are not stored on the Service Provider's servers; they are held securely by the payment provider and only a payment reference (token) is kept. Monthly renewal happens automatically unless the subscription is cancelled.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form. For this reason a 14-day free trial is offered, giving you the chance to evaluate the service before purchasing. For cancellation terms see Cancellation and Refund Terms.

7. Obligations of the Subscriber

The Subscriber is responsible for keeping account details confidential and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data entered into the system (guest, reservation and property details). The Subscriber is the data controller for its guests' personal data and fulfils the obligations to inform, obtain explicit consent and make official notifications. If the service is used for unlawful purposes, the Service Provider may suspend the subscription.

8. Obligations of the Service Provider

The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to deliver the service without interruption and securely. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. The Provider cannot be held responsible for force majeure, outages originating from infrastructure providers, or faults caused by the Subscriber.

9. Data Retention

Each property's data is kept in a separate database. When the subscription ends, the data is kept for 90 days; if the Subscriber subscribes again within that time, it continues where it left off. After that the data is permanently deleted. The Subscriber may request in writing that its data be deleted without waiting for this period.

10. Termination

The Subscriber can cancel their subscription from the panel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current payment period. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription in the event of a breach of this agreement.

11. Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For Subscribers qualifying as consumers, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; otherwise the courts at the Service Provider's place of business have jurisdiction.
