Getting started
Is installation required?
No. Create an account, enter your room types and room count, and your dashboard is ready. It runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones.
What happens after the trial?
Your card is added through iyzico when you set up your property. After 14 days the subscription starts automatically with the plan and billing interval you chose and the first charge is made; cancel before the trial ends under Settings > Plan and subscription and you will not be charged. Your data is not deleted.
Which devices does it work on?
Any computer, tablet or phone with an up-to-date browser. The housekeeper screen is designed for phones; there is no app to download.
Features
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes, through iCal calendar sync: bookings on the channel land in your rooms and your occupancy goes to the channel. Partnership applications are under way for channel manager connections that also carry rates and availability.
Can I collect guest details in advance?
Yes. With the online check-in link, guests fill in their ID details and consent before arrival; the details go into the booking and the guest register.
Does it send guest details to the authorities?
No. Innvoria keeps the guest register with names, nationality and passport details, and exports it whenever it is requested. Nothing is sent automatically.
Does the online booking page take payments?
For now it records the booking without taking payment and notifies you; you collect payment at check-in or your own way. Online prepayment (iyzico) will be added in the next phase.
Plans and payment
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. During the trial you can choose any plan from Settings > Plan; a plan cannot be selected if your number of rooms exceeds its limit.
How many users can I add?
It depends on the plan: Lite 3 · Plus 8 · Premium 25 · Ultra ∞. Each user gets permissions by role: front desk, housekeeping, accounting, manager.
How will payments be taken?
Subscription payments are taken through iyzico, a licensed payment institution; your card details are not stored on our servers. Prices exclude VAT.
Data and security
Where is my data and who can see it?
Each property's data is kept in a separate database. Your users only see the screens their role allows, and every action is logged.
What happens to my data if my subscription ends?
Your data is kept for 90 days; if you come back within that time you continue where you left off. After that it is permanently deleted.
